In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and executing innovative landscape designs that enhance the aesthetic and ecological values of Qiddiya’s projects. By leading a talented team of landscape architects, you will play a critical role in creating immersive experiences that blend nature and functionality, fostering a unique harmony that resonates with visitors.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic vision for landscape architecture in alignment with Qiddiya’s mission and values.
• Manage the landscape design process from initial concept through execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, promoting innovation and collaboration across all phases of project development.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements into the overall project design.
• Engage with community members, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate public input and approval processes.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices in sustainable design.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and engage in hands-on analysis to inform design decisions that positively impact the environment.
• Monitor project budgets and resources, optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of landscape architecture trends, incorporating innovative solutions and technologies into projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders. Requirements

• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ASLA, CMLI) are preferred.
• Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in landscape architecture, specifically in lead roles for large-scale development projects.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative landscape designs and successful project execution in urban or entertainment settings.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices, landscape ecology, and construction technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage with various stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management applications.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including budget oversight and timeline management.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving, able to build consensus among diverse groups.
• Commitment to continuous learning and a passion for advancing the field of landscape architecture.
