Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director Finance & Asset Performance for Film Studios. This role is critical in overseeing the financial management and asset performance of our film studio facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and financial sustainability.
As the Director Finance & Asset Performance, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategies related to the film studios, managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing asset performance metrics. You will collaborate with operational and commercial teams to maximize efficiency, profitability, and long-term value of the film studio assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for film studio assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and financial returns.
• Develop and implement financial models and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize asset management and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and asset value.
• Lead and mentor a team to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance, asset management, or related fields, preferably within film, media, or entertainment industries.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Benefits
