The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Analytics to The Director – Data Analytics is a quantitative leader responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into clear dashboards, insights, and decision-ready intelligence. This high-level role will require a visionary leader who can leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks, data governance structures, and reporting mechanisms that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Analytics, Dashboards & Insights:

• Design and own executive dashboards covering cost, budgets, workforce plans, and performance KPIs.

• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights.

• Drive data storytelling to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Cash, Workforce & Budget Analytics

• Lead cash flow analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling across projects.

• Develop workforce plans, productivity analytics, and resource demand models.

• Analyze budgets, costs, and financial performance to support decision-making.

Quantitative Decision Support:

• Act as the go-to expert for quantitative analysis, modeling, and performance measurement.

• Deliver what-if analysis, sensitivity analysis, and forward-looking insights.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for decisions.

Systems, Tools & Visualization:

• Leverage BI and visualization tools to deliver automated, intuitive dashboards.

• Partner with Finance and key teams to enhance data models and reporting structures.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and development for data analytics teams.

Reporting Line:

Reports to: Head of CDU Finance and Commercial

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in data analytics, including significant leadership experience in a managerial capacity.
• Proven expertise in advanced analytics techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining tools.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Deep understanding of data governance principles, data management practices, and metadata management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Experience working in the real estate, entertainment, or tourism sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
