Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a groundbreaking destination for entertainment, sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader for the position of Director - Commercial.

As the Director of Commercial, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategies, driving financial performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Qiddiya project. You will be responsible for managing commercial relationships, optimizing revenue streams, and overseeing the fiscal responsibilities of various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision.
• Provide strategic oversight of budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for contracts with suppliers, partners, and service providers.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players.
• Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and financial models.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in entertainment or large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
