Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Director - CCU Incident Management (DEL 3) to lead and oversee the City Command Unit's incident management operations. This leadership role involves directing the coordination, response, and resolution of all operational incidents within Qiddiya city, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for visitors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of incident management strategies and protocols to ensure effective response across all city assets.
• Oversee the City Command Unit's operations, managing multi-agency coordination during incidents and emergencies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incident detection, response times, and resolution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Security, Fire & Life Safety, Medical, Facilities, and other operational teams to maintain operational readiness and resilience.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring continuous improvement based on after-action reviews and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and align incident management practices with organizational policies.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to incident management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and preparedness.
• Represent the City Command Unit in senior management meetings and contribute to strategic planning and risk management discussions.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in incident management, emergency operations, or command center leadership roles within large-scale entertainment, hospitality, or urban developments.
• Strong expertise in managing complex incidents, multi-agency coordination, and crisis communication.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL, is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement incident response strategies and operational policies.Benefits
