Maximize the online business through leading the strategy and execution of online merchandising across all digital platforms. It is delivered by optimizing product placement, analyzing traffic patterns, excelling efficiency of search engine, cross selling and up selling techniques across multiple points of Guest journey.
Accountabilities
Online Merchandizing:
Participate in creation of the Omnichannel Merchandizing Strategy for both Saudi and UAE stores through:
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure maximum product visibility and information quality in online channels.
• Lead cross-function projects to enhance online merchandizing.
• Manage product attributes implementation to support sorting, filtering, and other product display functionalities.
• Develop & ensure documenting and executing of product rank and sort strategies across product categories and throughout the site.
• Build, optimize and enhance the online navigation structure to support the online shopping journey.
• Manage search engine solution as well as ensure best search algorithms are applied.
• Develop and optimize the cross selling and up selling activities to increase Average Basket Size Value.
• Configure all new products and offerings, manage photography and video, editorial, technical, and factory systems considerations for each new introduction with the concerned parties.
• Support vendor requests related to online product merchandizing according to Omnichannel Strategy
• Support Marketing acquisition and retention initiatives through product collection development, SEO optimization for PDP, landing, sort, and collection pages, and develop personalized site experiences by audience.
• Optimize the new product launch stories and seasonal merchandise discovery in partnership with Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Creative team to develop and test new product photo and video options.
• Partner with Marketing team to test and scale product configuration for product feeds and offsite shopping experiences also to develop and test new product photo and video options.
• Support Digital Product team in the definition of requirements for new site features and functions designed to improve the sales.
Commercial Analytics:
• Managing product availability levels, recognizing lost opportunities, initiating actions to mitigate spotted inefficiencies
• Analyzing product and category performances (traffic and revenue) to suggest optimization tactics and communicate results with other team members as well as Commercial and Promotion teams
• Review and analyze online shopper behaviors in the areas of product pages, product list pages, recommendation engines and search to identify online commercial opportunities
Team Management:
• Lead, coach and develop the team of digital merchandizing managers to deliver the best commercial results online
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned

• Days off : 2 Days Off
• Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirement
Education
• BSc Degree
Experience
• 5+ years of management experience in retail company
• 3+ years of experience in commercial/merchandizing role
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce
Computer Skills
• Ecommerce admin/CMS management
• MS Office Suite
• Proficient in MS Excel
Languages
• English
• Arabic
