DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer

We’re looking for a unique hybrid professional who bridges DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, IT governance, and cybersecurity.

This is not a traditional infrastructure or helpdesk role. You will help build and govern the secure, scalable foundation supporting KaizenAMS’s digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage cloud environments across Azure and GCP
• Design and operate governed CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Implement IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, audit logging, and security controls
• Support governance, access control, and integrations across core business platforms and cloud environments
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and UAE PDPL alignment
• Build and maintain secure AI/cloud infrastructure environmentsMust-Have Skills:

• Must be driven by Artificial Intelligence
• 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, GCP, or both)
• Strong CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience
• Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform / Bicep)
• Strong understanding of IAM, security controls, and audit logging
• Experience in cybersecurity governance and compliance
• Familiarity with UAE PDPL or similar data protection regulationsNice-to-Have:

• Azure OpenAI / Claude API integration experience
• Power Platform / Google Workspace governance background
• ISO 27001 familiarity
• Experience working with outsourced IT operating modelsWho You Are:
