Job Description
To coordinate the design development and delivery of underground structures, ensuring alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs for underground structures including tunnels, shafts, and retaining systems
• Manage design interfaces between civil, structural, geotechnical, and MEP disciplines
• Review design submissions for compliance with project specifications and applicable standards
• Support value engineering and constructability reviews
• Track design progress and ensure timely delivery against programme milestones
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design issues
• Support risk identification and mitigation during the design phase
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in underground structures design coordination or related field
• Experience on large scale infrastructure or rail projects is advantageous
