Your Role as Department Manager:

· A dynamic and engaging role, thanks to which you will spend most of the day on the sales floor with your team, our customers and the product

· You will lead, train and grow a team of at least 15 people, promoting their professional development

· You will be the point of reference for other junior managers

· You will manage an entire department independently, analyzing KPIs and optimizing their performance

· You'll handle large volume orders of goods, ensuring that each area is running at its best
