Cybersecurity Consultant / Engineer

Working across governance, risk, compliance, and security operations, the company supports clients in building practical, resilient security programs that align with business needs.

In this role, you will help shape and support operational cybersecurity practices across GRC and network security, contributing to how security controls are maintained, assessed, and improved. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to support risk visibility, strengthen control effectiveness, and ensure security issues are tracked through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GRC and network security operational controls and procedures.
• Monitor security controls, investigate findings, and drive timely remediation actions.
• Prepare operational security reports, risk updates, and control effectiveness documentation.Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of security controls and risk assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC or cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with reporting and documentation for security controls and control effectiveness assessments.
• Experience investigating security findings and coordinating remediation across technical teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience working with auditors, compliance teams, risk owners, and senior leadership.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 certification.Benefits
