Customs Clearance - Officer (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable and efficient Customs Clearance Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs regulations, and facilitating the smooth import and export of goods on behalf of our clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and follow up on all customs declarations (Bayans) in compliance with Saudi customs regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct shipment inspections to ensure alignment with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the timely release of shipments at ports, airports, and land borders, resolving any clearance issues.
• Communicate daily with freight officers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and required regulatory documents for accuracy.
• Report shipment status, delays, and daily clearance activities to Customs Control / Customs Executive.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, port operators, and inspection agencies when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support customs operations.Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in customs clearance within Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi Customs Clearance License (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, import/export processes, and HS codes.
• Experience using customs systems such as Fasah, Mutad, and ZATCA platforms.
