Job Responsibility:
- Maintain a holistic view over the VoC (Voice of Customer ) framework and all the activities required to be executed with a predefined frequency
- Ensure all activities that are required to launch surveys, collect data, and publish results are done per the predefined timeline
- Maintain a VOC tracker for the data exchange and deliverables timelines
- Identify areas of improvement to further streamline the data processing
- Ensure data being exchanged is aligned with stakeholders and as needed by users
- Single point of contact for VoC execution matters
- Escalate delays in data readiness and availability
- Support in managing the stakeholders deliverables and service providers
- Bachelor graduate
- UAE National with up to 3 years of experience
- Experience in conducting surveys or research is a plus
