As a Customer Experience Advisor - Wealth your role is to deliver exceptional banking support through phone and digital channels by understanding customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and resolving queries efficiently. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a seamless service experience across conventional and Islamic banking products. This position upholds the highest standards of compliance, service quality, and business continuity while contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you will be doing:
• Drive monthly onboarding of New-to-Bank (NTB) Elite customers in line with acquisition targets.
• Achieve assigned liability targets and ensure consistent incremental portfolio growth.
• Generate and manage Investment and Mortgage referrals to support holistic wealth solutions.
• Acquire new clients through strategic partnerships, networking events, business groups, and corporate engagements.
• Proactively engage prospects, manage multiple leads efficiently, and identify bulk sourcing opportunities.
• Represent and promote the RAKBANK brand at events, sponsorships, and external forums.
• Ensure Wealth Management (WM) service standards are met, with zero tolerance for undesirable or non-compliant business.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation across products and ensure timely drawdowns.
• Stay updated on the full WM product suite and monitor global and local market developments.
• Ensure all business is sourced and booked strictly in line with bank policies, procedures, and AML/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain MIS, daily call reports, and performance trackers, ensuring a minimum 25% conversion ratio from prospects.
• Complete all mandatory training, certifications, reviews, and team performance meetings as scheduled.What you should have:
• Graduate with experience in Elite / Wealth / Priority Banking or Financial Services sales.
• Proven track record in NTB acquisition and liability growth.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional capable of managing a high-volume prospect pipeline.What are we looking for:

• Minimum 2 year's experience in US trade market
