Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CRO & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) with proven experience in e-commerce, preferably using Shopify. This role will focus on analysing user behaviour, improving website performance, increasing conversion rates, and implementing marketing automation strategies across multiple customer communication channels.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys, and website performance to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to increase website conversions and enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimise landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key conversion points.
- Monitor and interpret website analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimisation initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing through automated customer journeys.
- Stay up to date with CRO, e-commerce, and marketing automation best practices and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a CRO-focused role within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of user behaviour analysis, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in website analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp marketing automation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and analysing A/B tests.
- Qualification or background in design is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
