As a Carrier Relations Manager at CEQUENS, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing enduring partnerships with Mobile Network Operators. You will serve as a crucial intermediary, dedicated to overcoming obstacles, maintaining high levels of satisfaction among MNO partners, and actively contributing to the expansion of CEQUENS’ presence in the market. Your responsibilities encompass delivering innovative technologies and solutions, including SMS monetization, SAAS & CPaaS offerings, channel partnerships, and connectivity improvements.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with MNOs globally. You will be the primary point of contact for MNOs, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any challenges. 
• Implement strategies to enhance partnerships with MNOs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service. 
• Monitor industry standards and regulations related to MNOs in different countries.  Deliver Cutting-Edge Technologies:

• Present and promote CEQUENS’ innovative technologies and solutions to MNO partners, including SMS monetization strategies, SAAS & CPaaS offerings, channel partnership opportunities, and enhancements in connectivity.
• Drive CPaaS sales by identifying opportunities and developing channel partnerships. Enhance our service offerings through strategic collaborations. 
• Identify growth opportunities to expand CEQUENS’ presence in existing and new markets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.   Contribute to Growth:

• Play a key role in driving the expansion of CEQUENS’ market presence by identifying opportunities for growth, proposing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively.
• Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by MNO partners, working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and maintain satisfaction.  Industry Engagement:

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Share insights and trends to position the company as a thought leader in the carrier relations space. Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carrier relations, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Candidates without thsi experience will not be conscideredEducation:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Skills:

• ·Proven experience in carrier relations within the CPaaS industry, with a strong understanding of mobile network operations, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of the SMS and CPaaS landscape, including regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling global partnerships, securing strategic alliances with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to strengthen service offerings across A2P, CPaaS, AI products, SaaS, and Voice connectivity.
• Skilled in streamlining MNO partnership frameworks, accelerating onboarding processes, optimizing pricing structures, and enhancing commercial agreements to reduce time-to-market for new services.
• Comprehensive experience across the full partner lifecycle — from lead identification and engagement through to post-sale implementation and ongoing business development — ensuring sustainable growth and long-term strategic collaborations.
• Strong business acumen in CPaaS partnerships, with a track record of identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities through tailored solutions, joint ventures, and cross-functional alignment.
• Proven success in expanding the MNO partnership portfolio across the Middle East & Africa region, contributing directly to increased global market share and significant revenue growth from both existing and new partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and partnership development.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a strong advantage.
