The Country Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all business operations, growth, and delivery activities within the assigned country. The role ensures commercial success, operational excellence, and strong client relationships while aligning local operations with the firm’s regional and global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall business operations and performance within the assigned country.
• Drive revenue growth, business development, and market expansion activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and government stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic pursuits in the local market.
• Manage P&L responsibility and ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Align country operations with regional/global strategy and governance frameworks.
• Lead and develop local teams across consulting, operations, and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to regional/global leadership. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, business leadership, or senior management roles.
• Strong background in consulting, professional services, or large-scale organizations.
• Proven experience in P&L management and business growth.
• Strong network within the local market (government and enterprise sectors preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and operations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
