ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager to lead and manage the company’s presence within the assigned country. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing country-level operations, strengthening client and partner relationships, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the business within the territory. The Country Manager will report directly to the Group CEO and will be accountable for developing and executing the country strategy, achieving revenue and financial targets, identifying market opportunities, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring successful delivery of projects and services. The role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, operational oversight, financial accountability, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader with strong experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology services, or related sectors, who can build market presence, manage business performance, and lead high-performing teams in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the company’s business operations within the assigned country.
- Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies.
- Own the country’s P&L, including revenue, profitability, budgets, expenses, and cash position.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth areas.
- Drive sales performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven work culture.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance, risks, and opportunities.Requirements
- Proven experience in country management, general management, business leadership, or sales leadership.
- Strong background in IT consulting, digital transformation, software solutions, or enterprise technology services.
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, revenue targets, and business performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales growth and market expansion.
- Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, client success, and service operations.
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to build and manage teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
