Job Description

• Evaluate partners and identify weaknesses.
• Identify training needs according to business needs.
• Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare partners for success on talabat.
• Build a daily, weekly, or monthly training program.
• Present and understand all the technical and support training requirements.
• Encourage all relevant stakeholders to attend the training.
• Oversee partner attendance and performance.
• Track partner success and progress.
• Manage the production of program material in collaboration with the Vendor Operations Specialist and TGO team.
• Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
• Prepare and deliver training courses.
• Showcase and explain the main KPIs we will monitor in the future.
• Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• 1-3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
