Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team in Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and successful delivery of project objectives. You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and stakeholders, managing complex contractual relationships with professionalism, transparency, and strategic insight. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on large-scale projects while leading contract administration with precision and efficiency.
• Manage and monitor established contracts to ensure delivery of outcomes aligned with contract objectives, client requirements, and organizational goals
• Analyze contract performance and compliance in accordance with contract terms, risk management plans, and project specifications
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project teams
• Effectively manage contract inquiries, issues, disputes, variations, and risks through proactive communication and strategic negotiation
• Compose, maintain, and organize comprehensive contract documentation, procedures, data, and records to ensure timely and transparent communication
• Prepare and submit required progress reports, variation orders, and extensions of time with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support project managers with fee management, payment milestones, claims processing, and invoicing procedures
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas requiring clarification or modification
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment
• Ensure all contract administration activities comply with legal requirements and organizational policies
• Utilize project management systems and contract administration software to track, document, and report on contract status
Qualifications
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in contract management within project team environments
• Proven expertise in managing contracts within design and construct or similar project delivery models
• Demonstrated experience administering contracts on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience working on freight facilities or rail projects
