Contracts Advisor - PMT Experience (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Contracts Advisor with PMT (Project Management Team) experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of the ERAM Group's recruitment division, you will provide expert contract management support for capital projects, ensuring compliance and efficient contract execution within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to capital projects within the PMT framework
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate closely with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to manage contract lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks
• Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout project phases Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 12+ Years of experience as a Contracts Specialist in Oil & Gas projects with strong Project Management Exposure.
• In-depth understanding of contract lifecycle management, from initiation and scope definition to execution and close-out.
• Familiarity with different contract types, including lump-sum, unit-price, and time-and-materials agreements.
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and internal procurement procedures.
• Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate contract documentation through internal approval and execution workflows.
• Experience in contract administration, including performance monitoring, compliance tracking, and change control management.
• Proficiency in generating detailed reports, charts, summaries, and presentations to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic project environments
• Proficiency in contract management systems and project management tools
