Job Description
- Coordinates and provides review, administration and/or compliance activities for industrial, commercial and/or government (federal, state and local) as listed above for complex contracts that may require more coordination with multiple entities, requiring further legal reviews, etc.
- Works under limited supervision.
- May provide guidance to level I and II contract administrators. • Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
- May assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients.
- May provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements.
- This position may serve as team lead and subject matter expert.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in contract administration, with substantial experience supporting major rail or infrastructure projects.
Essential competencies include:
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts and their application
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and claims administration
- Proven proficiency in contract compliance and regulatory requirementsProfessional certifications such as MRICS or PMP are expected of qualified candidates.
