We are looking for a Content Creator + Viral Growth Specialist who lives and breathes social media.

Your mission is simple:

Find trends → Adapt them → Film them → Make them go viral.

You’ll produce content for:

• Scaling With Soltane

• D50.AI

• Division50

• Ads + UGC + Shorts + TikToks

This is not a passive videographer role.

You are the engine pushing us into the algorithm, every single day.

⭐ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Viral Content Strategy (Critical Role)

• Identify daily viral trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

• Propose 5–10 trend ideas EVERY DAY.

• Adapt trends for our niche (AI, marketing, entrepreneurship).

• Script short viral hooks (+ alternative angles).

• Help the founder record high-impact viral pieces.

• Track content performance in a simple dashboard.

• Recommend changes to boost virality.

You are the trend radar + viral strategist of the company.

2. Content Production

• Film daily content: talking-head, UGC, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle.

• Shoot ads, demos, and promotional content.

• Support founder-led videos and multiple content formats.

• Capture emotional, raw, fast-paced viral-style clips.

3. Ad Production

• Shoot UGC ads for D50.AI and Division50 clients.

• Record founder-style ads (educational, hard-selling, performance-driven).

• Edit ads designed for conversions (strong hook, scroll-stop, CTA).

• Understand and test different ad formats:

• comparison

• testimonial

• problem → agitation → solution

• POV ads

• simple front-camera talking ads

4. Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos optimized for virality.

• Add subtitles, pacing, jump-cuts, zooms, and motion graphics.

• Follow latest editing patterns seen in top-performing accounts.

• Deliver fast — ideally same-day edits.

5. Social Execution

• Upload and schedule content across platforms.

• Test different hooks, thumbnails, first 3 seconds.

• Monitor trends and performance to optimize what works.

• Suggest new series, new formats, and new viral angles weekly.

• Help maintain the office and shooting environment.

• Organize footage, files, and editing workflow.

• Assist during bank visits if needed.

Requirements

⭐ REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

• Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.

• Solid filming and editing skills (mobile + camera).

• Deep understanding of viral content psychology.

• Ability to spot trends early and adapt them fast.

• Very strong English communication.

• Confidence to direct the founder during filming.

• A “daily output” mentality — consistency is everything.

• Creativity + urgency + speed.

Nice to Have

• Experience running viral pages.

• Knowledge of ad creation and basic performance marketing.

• Canva / basic design.

• Confidence to appear on camera if needed (optional).
