• Supervise and mentor junior surgical staff and residents
• Participate in clinical education and training programs
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Contribute to surgical research, case presentations, and academic programs as needed
• Engage with patients and their families to discuss procedures, risks, and recovery Requirements
• Medical degree and valid surgical credentials to practice as a Consultant Visceral Surgeon
• Completion of a residency program in General Surgery, followed by a fellowship in Visceral Surgery
• Extensive experience in performing complex abdominal surgical procedures
• Proficiency in the latest surgical techniques and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to a patient-centered approach and high-quality care delivery
