Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist UAE

Talentspoc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist to join a reputable healthcare institution in the UAE.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders and will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and comprehensive care to patients.

They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including diabetologists, internists, dietitians, surgeons, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and consultations for endocrine disorders.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary diseases, and metabolic bone disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical examination and diagnostic results.
• Interpret laboratory tests and imaging relevant to endocrine function.
• Manage complex patients involving multiple endocrine systems.
• Provide ongoing patient education, counseling, and support for chronic endocrine conditions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development activities.

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology or related specialty.
• Relevant clinical experience post-specialization in endocrinology.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing endocrine and metabolic diseases.
• Experience in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and hormonal therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
