Responsibilities:
• Interpret and report on various imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
• Provide clear, timely, and comprehensive diagnostic reports to referring clinicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize imaging protocols and patient management plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance in imaging services.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of advancements in radiology and imaging technologies.
• Maintain strong communication with patients and healthcare professionals to support excellent service delivery. Requirements
• Medical degree with specialization in Radiology.
• Certification and/or fellowship recognized in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a Consultant Radiologist, preferably in the private healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging techniques, including X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional ethics.
• Familiarity with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
