ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its pediatric outpatient, inpatient,
preventive and developmental care and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatrician to join its growing clinical
team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure,
and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international
patient population. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who can combine advanced clinical expertise with
patient-centred communication, multidisciplinary teamwork, and commitment to international healthcare standards.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by
experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and
developmental issues.
- Support immunisation, preventive health, nutrition counselling and family education.
- Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
- Recognise and escalate acutely unwell children and support safe admission or referral pathways.
- Maintain child-safe documentation, consent, safeguarding awareness and UAE regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Applications are welcome from internationally trained consultant pediatrician candidates holding recognised
qualifications such as:
- American Board of Pediatrics
- UK CCT / MRCPCH / FRCPCH
- European Board / national pediatric specialist registration
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACP
- Arab Board
- MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
