We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide specialized diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions in pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric ENT consultations, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform appropriate pediatric ENT procedures within the scope of practice.
• Interpret relevant diagnostic investigations.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT/Otolaryngology.
• Relevant fellowship or specialized training in Pediatric ENT.
• Eligibility for Consultant Pediatric ENT classification under applicable UAE PQR requirements.
• Valid DHA licence/eligibility or willingness to complete the DHA licensing process.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
