About the Role
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Sharjah is expanding its orthopedic outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.
The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative diseases, fractures and orthopedic conditions.
• Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope, such as arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation or hand and foot procedures.
• Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care.
• Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams.
• Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans and complication management.
• Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and clinical governance activities.

- American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
- UK CCT / FRCS Trauma & Orthopaedics
- European Board or recognised national specialist certification
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACS
- Arab Board
