SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join our healthcare partners. This role involves delivering expert neonatal care to newborn infants, particularly those with prematurity, congenital anomalies, or critical illnesses, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
The Consultant Neonatologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and manage complex neonatal cases, while providing families with compassionate support and clear communication throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized care to newborns in the NICU and other care settings.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and formulate treatment plans.
• Conduct neonatal procedures and interventions with precision and care.
• Work closely with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate and counsel families on their infant’s condition and care options.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research.Requirements
• Medical degree with board certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
• Completion of Pediatric residency and Neonatology fellowship training.
• Proven experience in managing critically ill neonates in NICU or similar settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in neonatal procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care.

Requirements
