Position Overview
SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant in Maternal & Fetal Medicine to join a leading private healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care in the diagnosis and management of high-risk pregnancies using advanced technologies and multidisciplinary approaches. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment dedicated to excellence in maternal and fetal health.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive maternal and fetal medicine consultations and care for high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform advanced diagnostic procedures, including detailed fetal ultrasounds and invasive testing (e.g., amniocentesis, CVS).
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, geneticists, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized management plans.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
• Contribute to clinical governance, research, and service development within the private healthcare setting.
• Mentor and support junior medical staff and trainees.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Medical degree with board certification in Maternal & Fetal Medicin
• Proficiency in advanced fetal imaging techniques and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information empathetically to patients and families.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Experience in private healthcare is preferred.Requirements
