About the Role
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its general, laparoscopic and emergency surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.
The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and manage elective and emergency general surgery patients.
• Perform open and laparoscopic procedures according to specialty scope and facility privileges.
• Provide perioperative care, complication management, ward rounds and outpatient follow-up.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, ICU, radiology, gastroenterology, oncology and emergency teams.
• Contribute to surgical pathways, theatre efficiency, infection prevention and patient safety programs.
• Maintain accurate consent forms, operative notes, discharge summaries and clinical documentation.

- UK CCT / FRCS General Surgery
- European Board or recognised national specialist certification
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACS
- Arab Board
