We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Family Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and family healthcare services across a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients across all age groups.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and preventive care consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide health education, lifestyle counseling, and disease-prevention guidance.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required and coordinate continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical discussions and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, patient-safety standards, and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Valid professional license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain DHA licensing in Dubai.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as per UAE PQR requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
