ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its ENT, head and neck surgery and advanced otolaryngology services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced surgeons, physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and surgical infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring ENT and head and neck surgical intervention and complex surgical care.
• Perform ENT and otolaryngology procedures according to expertise, clinical privileges, and facility capabilities.
• Manage preoperative assessment, surgical planning, operative care, and postoperative follow-up.
• Collaborate with relevant medical, anaesthesia, intensive care, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Participate in clinical discussions, surgical reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, informed consent processes, infection control standards, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

- American Board certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
- UK CCT / FRCS (ORL-HNS) or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
- European Board / national otolaryngology specialist certification
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACS
- Arab Board
- MCh / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
