About the Opportunity
SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Dermatologist to join one of the leading healthcare organisations in the UAE.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological care, managing a broad range of medical and complex dermatological conditions while working within a multidisciplinary and internationally oriented healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.
- Diagnose and manage complex medical and inflammatory skin disorders.
- Manage conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, urticaria, pigmentation disorders, hair and nail disorders, and skin infections.
- Evaluate and manage autoimmune and chronic dermatological conditions.
- Perform appropriate dermatological procedures in accordance with clinical expertise and privileges.
- Assess suspicious skin lesions and coordinate appropriate investigations and specialist management where required.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, skincare, prevention, and long-term disease management.
- Work collaboratively with other specialties and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, teaching, and continuing professional development activities.
Medical degree with a recognised specialist qualification in Dermatology / Dermatovenereology.
Proven Consultant-level experience in Dermatology.
Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of dermatological conditions.
Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred, including:
- UK CCT / CCST
- American Board
- Canadian Board / RCPSC
- Irish specialist qualification
- Australian / New Zealand specialist qualification
- Other recognised international qualifications may be considered.Eligible for Consultant-level UAE licensing, subject to assessment by the relevant health authority.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
Previous experience within a leading international or Western healthcare institution is advantageous.

Requirements
