ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its adult cardiac surgery, valve, coronary and advanced perioperative cardiac care and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring adult cardiac surgical intervention.
• Perform coronary, valve, aortic or other cardiac procedures according to expertise and facility privileges.
• Lead perioperative planning with cardiology, cardiac anaesthesia, perfusion, ICU and rehabilitation teams.
• Participate in heart team meetings, risk assessment, consent and outcome review.
• Manage postoperative recovery, complications, follow-up and long-term care coordination.
• Support quality, infection control, surgical registry, audit and patient safety programs.
