Construction Manager - (EOI)

Requirements

• Proven experience (20+ years) in construction management, specifically in rail or transit projects fpor 10 years
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of rail construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams of professionals and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• This individual should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in challenging situations.
• Experience with relevant software tools for project management and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in construction or project management, such as PMP or equivalent, are advantageous.
