Concierge Supervisor
Are you a knowledgeable, service-driven professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor who will support concierge operations, lead the team, and ensure personalized, efficient, and professional service for all guests.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Supervising daily concierge operations and ensuring high service standards are maintained.
• Assisting guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, tours, and local recommendations.
• Supporting and guiding the concierge team to deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Handling VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinating closely with Front Office, Bell Desk, Club Floor, and other departments.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and city highlights.
• Ensuring accurate logging of guest requests and follow-ups.
• Assisting with duty rosters, training, and performance support for the concierge team.
• Maintaining a professional concierge desk appearance and service etiquette at all times.
What we need from you:
• Proven experience as a Concierge or Senior Concierge, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and guest-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong local knowledge and ability to provide tailored guest recommendations.
• Well-groomed appearance with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
- •Proven experience as Concierge or Senior Concierge
- •Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment preferred
- •Strong leadership and guest-handling skills
