The Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for managing the Group CMP particularly the Retail Banking business, to provide assurance that the Group is operating in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies and procedures. This entails planning, development and implementation of the risk-based Group CMP, working with the business units to undertake reviews and issuing reports that provide assurance as well as highlighting controls deficiencies so that they can be corrected.
Requirements
- ā¢Experience in compliance monitoring
- ā¢Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking
- ā¢Experience in developing and implementing CMP
- ā¢Risk-based review planning and execution

- ā¢Experience with internal audit
- ā¢Strong analytical skills
