Overview Of The Role:

The Community Manager is responsible for strategic and operational management of a high-end residential community, ensuring exceptional resident experience and maintaining the community's reputation and value. Key duties include overseeing community operations, resident engagement, facilities coordination, and financial management. The role requires extensive experience in luxury residential communities, ideally in the UAE, with a focus on hospitality-led service standards.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Community & Asset Management

• Establish and deliver a community management strategy aligning with landlord objectives and resident experience.

• Act as the senior point of contact and representative of the landlord within the residential community.

• Develop and implement an overall community management strategy, operating model, and service standards.

• Establish and maintain premium residential service standards for community presentation and resident interactions.

• Develop annual community plans, covering resident experience, community operations, and budget and CAPEX requirements.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the landlord on community improvements and service enhancements.

• Support initiatives to improve resident retention and community loyalty.

• Establish continuous improvement plans based on resident feedback and operational data.

Premium Resident Experience Management

• Deliver a personalized, responsive, and hospitality-led resident experience.

• Develop a resident experience framework suited for high-net-worth residents.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with residents and household representatives.

• Establish proactive communication channels, including newsletters and digital platforms.

• Lead service recovery for sensitive or high-profile resident issues.

Community Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day community operations like facilities management, landscaping, and security.

• Ensure all areas are maintained to agreed luxury standards through regular inspections.

• Monitor service provider KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Coordinate activities across various service partners ensuring service continuity.

• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency without compromising resident experience.

Luxury Property & Villa Management

• Protect the physical quality of luxury villas and community assets.

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects.

• Ensure completion of critical maintenance works within agreed timelines.

• Conduct quality inspections post maintenance or enhancement works.

• Maintain documentation relating to property condition and enhancement requirements.

Community Engagement & Lifestyle Management

• Develop an annual community engagement and lifestyle calendar based on resident demographics.

• Create programs in wellness, family engagement, sports, and cultural activities.

• Coordinate with premium brands to enhance the resident offering.

• Manage events end-to-end, ensuring safety and budget compliance.

• Use participation and feedback data to continuously improve programming.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with residents, landlords, and various service providers.

• Lead supplier performance reviews ensuring compliance with contracts and KPIs.

• Support procurement and contract renewal processes.

• Build strategic relationships with lifestyle and community partners.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Support preparation of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

• Monitor and report financial performance against approved budgets.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities aligned with premium service standards.

• Manage budget forecasts, variance analysis, and financial updates for stakeholders.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations and internal governance standards.

• Maintain community safety and security standards.

• Monitor emergency response and business continuity arrangements.

• Conduct periodic compliance and operational reviews.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare regular management reports covering resident satisfaction, community events, and financial performance.

• Establish a community performance dashboard with clear KPIs and trends.

• Highlight key issues requiring management decisions and provide actionable insights.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.

• Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Dubai/UAE, managing premium residential communities or luxury villas.

• Proven experience with high-net-worth residents and personalized service delivery.

• Strong commercial understanding of budgets, contracts, and service-provider management.
