Core Focus
Manage and grow the community by executing strategic programs, building impactful events, and actively engaging with creator and enabler community members. This role will also oversee the membership lifecycle, ensuring the community remains active and highly engaged.
Core Responsibilities
Community & Membership Management
- Manage the Ecosystem: Serve as the central point of contact for the creator and enabler community, fostering a welcoming, collaborative, and highly engaged environment.
- Oversee Memberships: Manage the end-to-end membership lifecycle, including reviewing applications and evaluating eligibility against defined criteria.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including founding members, creators, and enablers. Manage inbound communications with CHQ community members.
- Insights: Gather insights through surveys (at kickoff and bi-annually) to understand community needs, requirements, and engagement levels.
Program Building & Strategy
- Strategic Development: Support the shaping and execution of the overall community strategy.
- Program Development: Design, build, and operationalize specialized programs tailored to the needs of both creators and enablers.
- Optimization: Continuously assess community needs and optimize programming accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure smooth program delivery by collaborating effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and the broader community.
Events & Activities
- End-to-End Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute internal and external community events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Community-Driven Initiatives: Empower members by facilitating community-led events and providing creators with platforms to share expertise and collaborate.
- Feedback & Optimization: Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of events.
Partnerships & Growth
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with external partners, brands, and platforms that add value to the community.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor ecosystem trends aligned with the vision of Creators HQ and its flagship platforms to inform community development.
Cross-Functional (XFN) CHQ Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Programming, Content, Creator, Operations, and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment and execution.
KPIs
• Smooth and timely processing of membership applications and eligibility checks.
• Successful launch and consistent execution of at least 2 community programs per month.
• Improvement in community NPS (Net Promoter Score).
