What you will do
- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production,portion, and presentation standards; complete mise-en-place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not prepare beyond estimated needs.
- Operate,maintainandproperly cleankitchen equipment, including deep fryer, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, waffle iron.
- Comply withFour Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmployeeHandbook.

Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of pastry or related work experience
- •Cooking school or pastry institute education or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- •Prepare pastry items according to guest orders following recipe cards
- •Maintain consistent quality in production, portion, and presentation standards
- •Complete mise-en-place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- •Start food items prepared ahead of time without over-preparing
- •Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment (deep fryer, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, waffle iron)
- •Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
