This role is for a Coastal Engineer with a background in civil, coastal, marine, or offshore engineering to support the delivery of coastal engineering studies and design assignments. The position involves conducting numerical modelling, hydrodynamic assessments, metocean evaluations, and engineering analyses to support the planning and design of coastal and marine infrastructure projects.
Working under the guidance of Senior and Lead Coastal Engineers, the successful candidate will contribute to coastal design development, wave and hydrodynamic modelling, coastal process assessments, sediment transport studies, and engineering evaluations in accordance with international standards and industry best practices. The role also provides opportunities to develop expertise in coastal structures, navigation studies, beach design, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
Requirements
- •Background in civil, coastal, marine, or offshore engineering
- •Ability to conduct numerical modelling
- •Experience in hydrodynamic assessments
- •Knowledge of metocean evaluations
- •Ability to perform engineering analyses for coastal and marine infrastructure
