Job Overview:
We are seeking qualified and motivated healthcare professionals to join as Clinical Training Coordinators/Facilitators for our advanced technology driventraining programs. • Administer pre- and post-training assessments
• Monitor participant progress and provide basic guidance during sessions
• Handle administrative tasks including:
o Attendance tracking
o Report compilation
o Documentation and record maintenance
• Coordinate with candidates for scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Liaise with regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant healthcare field (Nursing / Dentistry / BAMS / BHMS)
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or clinical coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle digital platforms
• Willingness to learn and operate technology driventraining systems
