A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Family Medicine to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary primary care environment alongside specialists, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and support teams, providing comprehensive, continuity-based healthcare supported by modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive consultant-level primary care services for patients across all age groups, including acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs.

Diagnose and manage common medical conditions, chronic diseases, lifestyle-related disorders, vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness programs.

Develop personalized care plans and ensure continuity of care through appropriate follow-up, monitoring, and patient education.

Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists, diagnostic services, and allied healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient management.

Provide evidence-based counselling related to family health, preventive medicine, occupational health, travel health, and lifestyle modification.

Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to international healthcare guidelines.

Requirements

American Board of Family Medicine

UK CCT / MRCGP

European Board / National Specialist Certification in Family Medicine

Royal College Certification (Canada)

MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognized specialist qualification
