We are seeking a results-driven Client Growth Manager to own and grow revenue across assigned industries and client portfolios. This role combines responsibilities traditionally handled by Sales and Account Management into one unified position, with full accountability for new business acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and client relationship management.
The Client Growth Manager will act as the commercial owner for a designated industry vertical or geographic market, driving sustainable and profitable growth while building long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
• Own total revenue targets for assigned industries and accounts.
• Manage a balanced revenue mix across:
• New client acquisition
• Upselling and cross-selling
• Renewals and contract expansions
•
• Ensure gross margin targets are achieved through disciplined pricing.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and healthy pipeline coverage.
• Develop and execute annual growth strategies for assigned industries.
• Track and report performance against revenue and profitability targets.
New Business Development
• Identify and pursue new logo opportunities within assigned industries.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct prospecting, qualification, and opportunity assessment.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
Account Growth & Expansion
• Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions for scope extensions and renewals.
• Secure approvals and sign-offs for expanded engagements.
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the executive-level single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
• Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health.
• Manage escalations and resolve commercial conflicts.
Industry Leadership
• Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities within assigned sectors.
• Position company capabilities and value propositions to meet industry needs.
• Act as the commercial authority for the assigned vertical.
Contract & Commercial Management
• Own contract execution and commercial terms.
• Ensure agreements align with revenue and margin objectives.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and collections as an escalation point.
Governance & Reporting
• Prepare structured reports covering:
• Revenue performance
• Gross margin
• Client risks
• Growth opportunities
•
• Provide early warning on commercial or relationship risks.
• Participate in executive reviews, steering committees, and governance meetings.
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Collaborate strategically with Delivery, PMO, Product, and Finance teams.
• Communicate client priorities and commercial objectives.
• Escalate risks without taking ownership of operational execution.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
Requirements
