Civil Supervisor (UAE National)

We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Position Title: Civil Supervisor
Location: Ruwais, UAE (Site-based)
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (Civil/Construction Projects)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Civil Supervisor to join our site team in Ruwais. The ideal candidate will support the execution of civil works at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role is suited for early-career professionals who are eager to grow within the construction and engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil work activities at site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

• Assist the Site Engineer in execution of tasks including excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar installation, masonry, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with drawings and specifications.

• Ensure strict implementation of HSE rules, procedures, and practices at the job site.

• Report daily progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.

• Assist in managing materials, tools, and equipment at site to prevent delays.

• Identify and report any non-conformities or issues requiring corrective action.

• Support the preparation of daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as Civil Supervisor, Civil Site Engineer, or similar roles.

• Basic understanding of construction drawings, site procedures, and civil materials.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced site conditions.

• Knowledge of safety practices and site compliance requirements.

• Previous experience in oil & gas environments or ADNOC projects (added advantage).
Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work full-time at Ruwais site.

• Flexibility to work extended hours if required by project.

• Physically fit and able to work in field/site conditions.
