Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO/Managing Director and executive leadership team.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

• Support in decision-making through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee progress tracking of key projects, initiatives, and transformation programs.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
• Manage high-priority projects and ensure effective execution across teams.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, and performance tracking. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
• Strong background in consulting firms, strategy teams, or executive offices preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership or C-level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
