Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest feedback.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, maintaining a high level of teamwork and communication.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served, adhering to high culinary standards.
• Maintain an organized and sanitized cooking environment, following health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure kitchen efficiency.
• Stay informed about current culinary trends and techniques specific to Italian cuisine. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie, specializing in Italian cuisine.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a passion for mentoring team members.
• Thorough understanding of food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: USD 1,700 plus free Accommodation, Transport and Food allowance.
