Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team at our prestigious high-end Latino restaurant located within the Intercontinental the Red Sea. Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, preferably with expertise in Latino cuisine.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant is essential or fine dining restaurant setting .
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
