About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and attentive CCTV Operator to join our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security risks, and ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. Your vigilance and quick response will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment.

What You Will Do

•

Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systems throughout the facility

•

Identify unusual activities, safety hazards, or security breaches

•

Respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and emergency situations

•

Coordinate with on‑ground security staff and report real‑time updates

•

Maintain daily logs and prepare accurate incident reports

•

Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report malfunctions

•

Follow company security protocols and confidentiality guidelines

•

Assist in reviewing recorded footage when required for investigations
What You Bring

•

Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills

•

Ability to remain alert and focused during long monitoring periods

•

Good communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly

•

Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance software, or security equipment

•

Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality

•

Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions

•

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security control room is preferred

•

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
